Author: I went to Tampa City to attend a wedding of one of my relatives so I booked for an early reservation online. I was not really sure which car rental company to call but when I read some of the reviews, I was convinced that E-Z rent a car Tampa airport could be just the right company I was looking for. What really impressed me is the fact that the rates offered by the company are much lower than what other car rental services give out even if they offer discount coupons to lower the rates.
I have had a terrible experience with a rental company when I went to Orlando so I would not want the same mistake to happen. While browsing through the web site of E-Z, I found just the right car I needed. It is an economy car and the rental price is much cheaper than those of the other models. The company representative told me that I could get their latest model for the economy class and so I closed the deal and was hoping that my car would be ready by the time my plane lands in Tampa.
Before I boarded the plane, I called the company hotline and told the operator that I will be arriving at their office at E-Z rent a car Tampa airport at a certain time. I was told that my expected arrival is past closing time but the representative is willing to wait for me. True enough, when I was able to go to their office, my rented car is waiting for me and the E-Z employee gave me the keys. I recommend this company for their efficient customer service.
